You will be attending the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta this weekend, and while you’re at it, you want to sample the dining experience that Angeles City has to offer, aside from the different food booths at the balloon event.
And when it comes to dining, Angeles City has a lot to offer that caters to the different tastes of different people. Here are just a few of the different places where you can eat in Angeles City.
Fine Dining. When it comes to fine dining in Angeles City, surely Maranao Grill would be one the best place to go. One of the early fine dining restaurants in Angeles City, Maranao offers certified Angus beef, Roast beef, Roast lamb, Sushi, Tempura and more. Maranao is located at Oasis Hotel, Clarkville Compound, Clark Perimeter Road, Angeles City.
You want steaks but you don’t want the formality of a fine dining? Then you might want to go Lola Parings at Ventura St., Marisol Village. From the Clark, go straight toward Angeles proper, turn left after passing the Abacan bridge, and you’ll see the main gate of Marisol. Go straight and turn right at the first corner. You’ll see Lola Parings, where you can have both steak and “sisig” in an informal dining set-up.
And speaking of “sisig,” of course, you wouldn’t want to miss Aling Lucing, the home of the ‘Sisig Queen.” While there are already a lot of franchisees in malls and all, it still not the same eating it where it all started. From the Abacan bridge, just straight ahead towards “crossing” and then turn left.
If you’re craving for pizza, and you’re tired of the popular pizza franchises, Angeles City has two homegrown pizza outlets that you might want to try – Didi’s Pizza and Amando’s Pizza. Didi’s is located at McArthur Highway, Balibago, Angeles City while Amando’s is located at Sto. Rosario St., Sto. Rosario, Angeles City, just a few meters away from the Holy Rosary Church.
Since the weekend coincide with the Chinese New Year, the city also has a number of Chinese restaurants where you might want to celebrate the New Year too. From Shanghai Restaurant, Mar’s Restaurant and Fortune Restaurant all located in Balibago, to Dainty Restaurant which is located at Nepo, Angeles City.
These are just few of places where you can have a sampling of what Angeles City has to offer when it comes to dining experience. There are lots restaurants, eateries, coffee shops, and what-have-yous around the city – both homegrown and franchised.
Surely, there are lots of things to see and do at Angeles City.
